What is an EB3 Visa?
The EB3 Green Card is a visa for skilled workers that is available to foreign nationals who have secured a job offer from a U.S. employer. This visa is designed for individuals who do not meet the qualifications for other employment-based visas, such as the EB2 Green Card for those with exceptional ability.

The EB3 visa is divided into three subcategories:

Skilled workers, requiring at least 2 years of training or work experience

Professionals, whose job necessitates a higher degree and a professional license

Other workers, performing jobs where no qualified U.S. workers are available at the time of the petition (EW-3 Visa)
EB3 Requirements
To qualify for a skilled worker visa, applicants must:

Have a permanent, full-time job offer

Prove that no U.S. workers are available for the position

Receive a job offer from a U.S.-based employer
